Window Shopping on the Hudson

A day trip to Hudson New York offered a great day of shops. We actually only had a enough time to cover a few blocks in this small, charming city. The shops are well merchandised, affordable and full of diverse, yet well curated offerings--modernist to neoclassical, deco to federal. We will return for Valentine's Day, but in the meantime...

Period Camelback sofa at Vincent Mulford.

Dramatic lighting and iron urns make a classical statement.

Cozy antiques for the any weekend getaway.

Neoclasscal statement pieces mix with pop art and mid century finds.

Ted Muehling candle sticks and walnut pedestals at Chris Lehrecke.

Burlap brings new life to a classic sette.

French hand carved cabinet, 19th century, at White Whale Limited.

Lavinia lamp at Skalar.
